Do I have to set up subscription?

No, we offer the opportunity to purchase one or two boxes as a one-off purchase. There is of course a discount for moving to a subscritpion and it means you don't have to worry about reordering when you run out - we've got you covered.

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can skip, pause, update delivery date or cancel your subscription at any time. Log into your account page and you can do this all from there.


How do I update my contact information?

Login to your account to change your contact information.

 

How do I update my shipping address and/or billing details?
