Founded from personal experience
Glue& started in 2019 when founder, Taahira, realised that the effects of not taking time out for herself were taking a toll on her physical and mental wellbeing.
After having her first child and feeling like she had lost the girl inside her that once loved self-care routines. She tried and tested many supplements on the market only to find that she couldnt keep up with the routine and life ‘got in the way’.
That's when she took upon herself to create wellness products that were premium, transparent and easy to implement.
